Very Worst Experience I booked a shipment with Rudraksh Packers & Movers from Noida (Sector‑1, Greater Noida West) to Gorakhpur, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Payment of ₹6500 was made online via Paytm, along with ₹1200 separately for cylinders. The builty clearly mentioned 4 cartons and 2 cylinders. A tracker ID was provided after 3 days, but it only reflected 4 cartons. Delivery after one week included only 3 cartons and 1 katta/bora. The 2 cylinders are still missing. Despite repeated follow‑ups, I have not received any proper response. I have all supporting proof including payment receipts, builty, tracker ID, delivery receiving copies, and call recordings. The way of talking to customers is unacceptable — shouting during emergency calls, which I have recorded. There is no escalation matrix, and the person keeps making false statements and commitments. Initially, he quoted ₹900 per packet, but later demanded ₹1200 once the packet was received, even though I had already paid. Now he is not picking up calls and keeps giving excuses like “sir abhi aadhe ghante me ho jayega, kal ho jayega”. I request immediate resolution by either delivering the 2 missing cylinders or providing compensation. I will escalate it to the Consumer Forum and local authorities. I strongly suggest everyone not to book this person for packers and movers services. Contact details is Sector 26 Dwarka Delhi Some image i am posting you can see delivery of things. Fantastic experience! As for the punctuality, the team was on point In as much as packing, it was well done. I was comfortable knowing that my belongings had been handed to professional packers and movers.
