Rudraksh Packers & Movers was founded in 2005 in Patna with a simple vision - to make relocation safe, affordable, and stress-free for every family and business in Bihar.

2005 - Humble Beginning

Started with 2 trucks and 5 team members. First move was a 2BHK household from Kankarbagh to Danapur.

2012 - Growth Phase

Expanded to 20 vehicles. Started office relocation services and car transportation across Bihar.

2018 - Modern Fleet

Added GPS tracking, hydraulic loading trucks, air-ride suspension for damage-free transport.

2026 - Today

50+ vehicles, 200+ trained staff, PAN India network. Patna's #1 trusted relocation company.

About Us

“Rudraksh Packers and Movers" has established itself as an industry leader, having been in business since 2005. We started in “Patna, Bihar.” At that time, packing and moving was not really an organised service.

People managed relocations the best way they could, they called a truck, arranged labour, packed items on their own, and hoped nothing went wrong on the way.

Back then, moving a house felt risky. Not because people owned too many things, but because nobody took full responsibility. Once goods were loaded, customers mostly waited and worried. We saw this situation closely, because we were part of the same environment.

The idea behind starting “Rudraksh Packers and Movers” was not big, there was no grand plan, It was simply about doing the work in a cleaner, more responsible way. Shifting should not feel confusing, people should not feel helpless once their belongings leave the house.

People rely on others to safely relocate all of their possessions to new locations, but it involves more than just moving boxes. By allowing us into your home or business, you are trusting strangers with your entire personal space as well as with all of your personal belongings, documents, larger appliances, and memories that you have created over time.

At our inception, we were a company of two trucks and five employees. Everyone handled multiple roles. There were no fixed systems, our first relocation was a “2BHK household” move from “Kankarbagh to Danapur.” It was not a difficult job, but it demanded care.

Most of our early work involved “local household shifting in Patna.” Customers came through word-of-mouth. Someone shifted, told a neighbour, and that is how work came.

  • Each job was different.
  • Some houses had narrow lanes.
  • Some had staircases with no space.
  • Sometimes it rained.
  • Sometimes electricity was not available.

Learning Without Shortcuts

As years passed, homes changed, people bought heavier furniture, electronics became common, expectations also changed. Customers wanted better packing and cleaner work, we did not jump into fast expansion, we adjusted step by step.

By around 2010,

  • Repeat customers became normal.
  • A family would shift once and come back again after a few years and that gave us confidence.
  • It also gave us responsibility, between 2010 and 2012, we added vehicles and people, but carefully.

In 2012,
office relocation and car transportation started coming our way.

This was different work.

Offices cannot stop functioning.

Files, computers, and furniture must move with planning.

We learned how to plan office moves in parts. Some things moved earlier. Some moved later. Coordination became important.

It was not easy in the beginning, but gradually the system improved.

After 2015, intercity relocations increased.

Long-distance moving brings new problems.

  • Roads change.
  • Weather affects travel.
  • Delays can happen.

We focused more on packing strength and vehicle condition during this phase.

In 2018, we invested in better vehicles.

  • GPS systems.
  • Hydraulic loading.
  • Air suspension trucks.

These decisions were practical and they helped reduce damage and improved control during transit.

Storage requirements also increased. Some customers had possession delays. Some needed temporary space. We arranged warehousing support to handle such situations calmly.

Present Day Reality

Today, in 2026, “Rudraksh Packers and Movers” operates with more than 50 vehicles and over 200 trained staff members. Our work now goes beyond “Patna” into multiple states across India. We handle “household shifting, office moves, vehicle transportation, intercity relocations, and storage support.”

Still, the working style has not changed much.
